FRESH GUACAMOLE
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 plum or small tomato
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- dash of salt
- dash of lemon or lime juice
Gather the ingredients...
Slice avocado in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
Chop the tomato and place in the bowl.
Chop onion and add to bowl.
Chop cilantro and add to bowl.
Next add the salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix everything well with a fork. Mashing avocado.Chop the tomato and place in the bowl.

Next add the salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Here is the finished product!
